§1 · General Rules

Using the service means accepting these rules. Every User should read these rules carefully. Failure to comply will result in account suspension or deletion. The Administrator may update the rules at any time. Support requests must be written carefully and respectfully. Requests containing profanity or prohibited content will be closed without response.

§2 · User Rights and Obligations

Usernames containing profanity, racist content, or content offensive to others are forbidden. Impersonating administrators or public figures is prohibited. Using offensive, vulgar or racist content in chat is forbidden. Users must keep their account credentials safe and secure. Sharing your password with others is forbidden — administration will never ask for your password. Each user is fully responsible for their own account. Advertising other servers is prohibited. Users may appeal any ban imposed by an Administrator. Server bugs must be reported immediately — exploiting bugs may result in a permanent ban. Bots, scripts, keyboard simulators and any automation software are strictly forbidden and may result in a permanent ban. Entering walls, bridges, water or out-of-bounds areas is prohibited.

§3 · Administration Rights and Obligations

Administrators are obligated to protect User data provided during registration. Administrators may request a User's login or email address but will never request a password or PIN. Administrators treat all users equally. Administrators are not obligated to restore account contents lost due to server errors or third-party theft. Administration may suspend or delete accounts without providing a reason. Administrator decisions are final. All questions and complaints should be submitted through the support ticket system.

§4 · Privacy Policy

The service processes data such as: login, email address, IP address, and PIN for user verification. Passwords are encrypted and stored securely. User data is used solely for account access, registration and paid service purchases. Personal data will not be sold or disclosed to third parties. Users have the right to request access to, correction, deletion or restriction of their personal data.

§5 · Final Provisions

These rules contain the rights, information and obligations that every User must know. We reserve the right to amend these rules at any time with prior notification to users.

Endbenutzer-Lizenzvertrag (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (EULA) defines the terms of use of the server and all related services provided by Laniatus LLC (the Operator). By using the server, the User accepts the terms of this agreement.

I. License Grant

Upon accepting this EULA, the Operator grants the User a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, personal, non-commercial license to use the Game by creating and accessing an account. The User may not share, sell, license or commercially exploit the Game or its elements. Use of the Game is by License, not sale. If the User is a minor, this EULA must be accepted by a parent or legal guardian.

II. License Restrictions

The User agrees not to: share or sell the Game; copy or reproduce the Game in whole or in part; reverse engineer or decompile the Game; modify or create derivative works based on the Game; use cheats, bots, hacks or other unauthorized software; use software that intercepts data from the Game; use the Game for commercial purposes or trade Accounts.

III. Changes to the Agreement

The Operator reserves the right to change, update or modify this EULA. Users will be notified of any changes in advance. The current EULA is always available on the server website. Changes are not retroactive.

IV. Termination

This EULA is effective from the date the User creates an Account until terminated. The User and Operator may terminate the agreement at any time. The EULA terminates automatically if the User fails to comply with its terms.

V. In-Game Code of Conduct

Users may not: insult other Users or send offensive, racist or threatening content; trade SM or offer sales; spam chats or advertise other servers; use bots, scripts or automation programs; enter walls, bridges or out-of-bounds areas or kill bosses there; impersonate an administrator or another user; distribute viruses or infected files. Violations may result in temporary suspension or permanent account ban.

VI. Consent to Monitoring

While using the Game, the server may monitor the User's computer for unauthorized programs. If unauthorized software is detected, information may be transmitted to the Operator, which may result in immediate termination of Game access.

VII. Patches, Updates and Changes

The Operator may implement patches, updates and other modifications to the Game to improve gameplay, add features or fix bugs. The User acknowledges that the Operator continuously develops the Game and Services.

VIII. Service Duration and Technical Requirements

The server is an online game provided by the Operator. The Operator may at any time, for any reason, cease providing support or access to the Game. Using the Game requires appropriate hardware, software and an internet connection.

IX. Liability

The User uses the Game at their own risk. The Operator is not liable for data loss, hardware failures, loss of in-game characters, items, virtual currency, accounts or rankings, nor for any interruptions in service.

X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Boulder, Colorado, USA.

XI. Final Provisions of the EULA

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the User and the Operator. For any questions, comments or complaints, please contact us via the support system available on the server website.
